TERMS:
When ordering by phone or fax: You should print this section on TERMS, sign it and and return it by faxing it to the following number: 630-214-4176. This indicates that you accept and approve our company's TERMS and will not expect more from our company after the order has been processed.
When ordering online: You should indicate to us with a mark on our order form beside the text referencing that you have read and agreed with our company's TERMS. "I certify that I have read and ACCEPT & APPROVE with the Order Information/Store Policies/TERMS and will proceed with my order." This indicates that you accept and approve our company's TERMS and will not expect more from our company after the order has been processed.
