You may place your orders by the method which is most comfortable and convenient to you. We accept orders by phone, fax, mail, email, or by online transactions.
Note: All orders will receive a confirmation notice to verify that we have properly received the order.

Place your order at anytime. The online showcase is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our office hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Phone orders or questions should be placed during these office hours.

Is my credit card number protected for use in online shopping?
It is safe to use your credit card number when ordering from Design Concepts Unlimited, Inc. This site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is the industry standard in security and the processing of your credit card numbers. Your credit card numbers are encrypted. Your credit card numbers are not stored on the system after the purchase has been made.
Orders are preauthorized through the Yahoo Store system. The actual credit card charge is processed through our credit card processing machine in our office.

Do you sell or provide our mailing list information to any third parties?
No. We realize that your personal information should remain private. We do not sell or share the information which we gather on our customers or through our mailing list to any other company or third party.
We request that you provide us with an easy way to contact you. We recommend that you provide us with your email address to enable us to effectively follow up your questions or inquiries.
We will only use the personal information that you provide us for your specific requests that you make to us while visiting.

Phone Number Usage: If you place an order with us, we may need to coordinate shipping details and/or take your credit card number over the phone, we will require your phone number. We will not utilize your number for unsolicited marketing calls.

- We will use your email address in our opt-in mailing lists during our information updates to our customers. NOTE: This is done if you request it.
- We confirm your online orders by email.

Physical address: We will use your address in a mailing if you requested to receive information from us and you cannot receive this information by electronic means. We prefer to be able to communicate with our customers by electronic means. We find it faster, more effective, and less costly.
We also must have the correct address if you are placing an order for yourself or for a gift for someone else.

Full Name: We require the complete name in our ordering form (the name that appears on your credit card) to ensure that we can verify the purchase by credit card. All orders will be confirmed at the time of the order.
